Education Every child deserves a quality education. Improving our schools and providing students with access to affordable higher education are critical to America’s status as an economic leader in the world. As a father of two young sons, I want to make sure that Connecticut’s children have every opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Read more... Energy Congress has been unacceptably slow to address our nation’s energy needs and our embarrassing dependence on foreign oil. Tax cuts stimulate our economy and create jobs by unlocking the potential that lies in American businesses and workers. I fundamentally believe that it is the ingenuity of Americans, NOT the government, that is the most powerful engine for economic prosperity. Read more... |
